Gymnastics

                                                                   Gymnastics


When my hub was on camp I went to gymnastics and on bar I did a double back of bar it was so fun doing them. Next we moved over to beam and we worked on leaps and after we finished leaps we moved onto skills like backtucks and double flicks then we went to vault. And we did sukaras sukaras are when you to a roundoff on the vault table but you don't put your feet down. Then you snap and do a backtuck Then we stretched out and lined up a the coaches said a couple words and then they let us go home. We trained for ...
6 hours  1:00 till 7:00 it was a long day at the gym sometimes we train for 4 hours 3:45 till 7:45.
